As an international company based in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany, Mediaan has been steadily transforming in its 51 years of existence. Five years ago, we started our transformation to a data-driven company.
We are convinced that the last 12 months have shown the potential here in Germany and are therefore now strongly expanding it. We want to further expand our innovation leadership in the areas of artificial intelligence, cloud services, augmented and mixed reality, Internet of Things and sensor technology in Europe. In two years at the latest, more than half of our sales will be in this growth market.
We are pleased to have Sebastian on board as Managing Director since the 1st of June. He will further develop the technology and data-driven business in Germany in close cooperation with our competence centers in the Netherlands and Belgium.
With his personal experience as founder and CEO of two software companies, he will also develop and integrate technology, new business models and products into our portfolio.
