SENIOR CONSULTANT

As a Senior Consultant, you will provide expert advice and support to clients on business and/or IT-related issues. You will be expected to have a thorough knowledge of a wide range of business processes and/or IT technologies and be able to provide effective solutions to complex problems. Additionally, you will be responsible for project management and leadership, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

In your role as a Senior Consultant at Conclusion Mediaan, you will play an essential part in:

  • Consulting market-leading companies on all conceptual and methodological issues
  • Analyzing customer requirements, designing solutions and defining target architectures and/or processes
  • Bridging the gap between IT and business units such as controlling, sales or marketing
  • Leading heterogeneous project teams
  • Contributing to the development of our consulting team through know-how and knowledge transfer within the company
  • Managing and leading projects and ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget

ARE YOU THE ONE?

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, (Business) Engineering or Economics

  • You’ve obtained some certifications in agile approaches e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS and so on

  • You have an affinity for technology and/or an IT background

  • Your are both a team player and a team leader

  • You possess good communication and networking skills

  • You have between 7-10 years working experience in related field

  • You are fluent in English and Dutch, German is considered an advantage

    You will come over to our office for a first ‘get to know each other’ talk.  During this meeting, our HR employee + one of our technical colleagues will be present.

    3. SECOND INTERVIEW

    Good news! The first interview has been very satisfying on both sides and we are one step further. In the second meeting, you will meet our business line manager and your expertise and communication skills will be the central topic of our talk.

    4. CONTRACT PROPOSAL

    During your 3rd visit, you will meet our managing director and he will make you an offer that you, hopefully, can not refuse.

    5. WELCOME!

    You will visit us one last time to sign your contract. Welcome at Mediaan!
