Agile consulting

You might wonder what is the difference between an “Agile Coach” and a “Consultant”? The answer is that Consultants help you solve a problem and when they are done with their tasks and leave your company, the knowledge they bring with them is also gone. A Coach, on the other hand, is specialized in supporting you find the solution yourself. Our Coaches help you to find the right agile tools and structures for your company, so you can work forward independently.

Agile training on the job

This training is suitable for those who have defined and certified the first roles such as Scrum Masters, Product Owners or Agile Release Train Engineers. To help you with project implementations, we provide your team with experienced Coaches to plan and take the first steps together. With the “Shadowing/ Reverse Shadowing” approach, we gradually hand the steering wheel to your team.

Training agile ways of working

Have you gained initial experience with agile working but have no idea how to expand and coordinate these initiatives? We got your back! At Mediaan, we don’t train you to use standardized process models. Instead, we focus on the Do`s and Dont`s and take the best tools from different models.

Individual agile coaching

In addition, we support your key players in the agile concert to understand, master and live their new roles. You steer your company through the transformation yourself, but for a while you have a “pilot” at your side who helps you to maneuver safely even in heavy weather.
