Deutsche Telekom set an ambitious goal: to develop an AI-based customer service bot and the necessary tooling. To achieve this goal, we sought a trustworthy AI partner who could support both us and DTAG’s ethical guidelines for artificial intelligence. Therefore we approached the Mediaan Conclusion team. Since the start of the relationship, they worked on several innovative ML & AI projects. Currently, Conclusion Mediaan team of ML engineers & data scientists are working for us on different projects leveraging AI including satellite imagery, Prediction & recommendation engines and customer service bots. 1. PROOF OF CONCEPT

3. DEFINING INTENTS & ANSWERS

Our Bot-Portal helps you intuitively define the possible intents of the user (e.g: finding the right health insurance). This can be based on your FAQ or most common customer interactions. We also help you define the desired answers or protocols that handle these interactions. The unique Freeflow model makes your AI chatbot smarter than the competition.

4. CREATING TRAINING DATA

After defining your desired used cases, the next step is collecting the data necessary for training the chatbot. Here comes our training feature into play, allowing you to transform raw data into examples that the AI chatbot can learn from.

5. TRAINING THE MODEL

This step is all about creating intelligence. The machine learning algorithms developed by Mediaan’s Data Scientists take it from there, iteratively improving and extending the expertise of the chatbot as more data is introduced.

6. IMPLEMENTATION & TESTING

The chatbot will be integrated within your application(s) and linked to existing back-end systems (like a CRM). After that, the AI chatbot will be tested extensively.
