Mediaan Conclusion at ICT&Health World Conference 2025 in Maastricht

From January 28 to 30, Mediaan Conclusion had the pleasure of attending the ICT&Health World Conference 2025 at MECC Maastricht, in collaboration with Brightlands. The event brought together a dynamic group of government representatives, policymakers, administrators, healthcare professionals, medical experts, IT specialists, program managers, investors, visionaries, and innovators to explore the future of healthcare through AI, big data analytics, and smart healthcare solutions.

The conference kicked off with a look into the future of healthcare, where experts present the latest innovations in the sector. Key topics include artificial intelligence, big data analytics, personalized care, telemedicine, interoperability, cybersecurity, and sustainable healthcare models. The event features over 100 speakers and offers a platform for knowledge sharing, networking, and collaboration to shape tomorrow’s healthcare. It was especially valuable to exchange stories and experiences, bringing innovators like us and healthcare providers closer together.

A major highlight for us was the presentation by our AI expert, Roel van Reij, on “Intelligent Resource Planning: Transforming Patient Care Through Smart Logistics and HR Optimization”. During the session, Roel dived into the details of our Intelligent Resource Planning solution, covering:

• Patient Logistics: Managing patient flow efficiently for strategic decision-making and optimized capacity planning.
• Staff Scheduling Optimization: Optimizing short-term staff planning and maximizing productivity with automated processes.
