You are crucial in achieving digital transformation for our clients. With the client’s ambitions and strategy in mind, you look at where the opportunities lie to take the next step using Innovations on IT. Because you are used to interacting at C-level and know very well which possibilities technology can offer, you are able to form a vision, and of course share this with our clients. You do this through our „dream catcher“ model, where we start with inspiring workshops and eventually by executing hands on business transformations at our customers. In short, you are the conversation partner who understands where custom made solutions can help business advance, Technology that makes a Difference.
You lead the process from the beginning, whether it’s an existing company or a corporate startup. You know how to inspire stakeholders of the technical possibilities, but also convert realistic and amenable to project plans and KPI’s to take them along on this journey. Of course you will not go on this journey alone, and together with Mediaan colleagues you will make this dream come true. At Mediaan you will work with colleagues with a proven track record within various specialties of AI, Data and software engineering. In short, a broad and challenging role in which you will be at the center of the latest developments!

ARE YOU THE ONE?
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You have at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer science, business administration, engineering or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is a (strong) plus
At least 15 years of work experience within IT and broad knowledge of various IT areas. Extensive knowledge and experience in Data, AI and software are a must
Proven experience in consulting, technical leadership and strategic planning
Proven experience in managing complex projects and budgets
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively and enthuse people
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think and act strategically in a rapidly changing environment
Experience working with different clients, in different industries and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Fluent in Dutch and English (German is an advantage)
